Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that an item is deemed significantly not as described. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear supporting images of the item and packaging.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered. Minor signs of wear consistent with vintage items are not considered defects.
